Rock Up was great fun! It brought our competitive selves out. It turned fears into fearlessness and gave me a real bonding moment with the people I don't usually work with! Our Rock Up team leader was great - running up walls and stepping off with complete confidence. It reassured me when I attempted to run up the wall, that the rope would catch me when I fall! I enjoyed the banter throughout the evening! And the fooood.. the food was delicious! Thank you for a fun-filled evening

Great opportunity to connect with others and to challenge ourselves – I am not a lover of heights so the high ropes were challenging for me in particular (do not like to see space below me – quite terrifying) and our Rock Up team leaders supportive words helped me over the tight rope
Loved the challenges and how they structured the event. It worked perfectly with the size of our group
Food was excellent, would definitely go again and would recommend this for small private parties and team building sessions.

Had a brilliant evening and I thought the Rock Up team were excellent. Lots of encouragement and support but also a bit of friendly challenge to help us push ourselves and get the most out of the experience. The format worked really well with a bit of fun competition but nothing too serious. Having the mix of activities was really good too as it kept it interesting. And I liked the different difficultly levels on each wall to mix it up too.
And the food was amazing after, huge and very tasty spread. Agree that it was definitely better served at the end!
