Our team are trained to the highest possible level to ensure your Rock Up experience exceeds your expectations.
They're friendly, knowledgeable & always ready to offer advice or an extra challenge or two to those looking to test themselves fully.
Our team will be able to lead your Team-Building sessions with fun, structure & even prizes. Or, if you or your family are here for a looser climbing session they'll lend a hand making sure you have mountains of fun.
Safety first
You're in safe hands
Looking after you is our number one priority. From carefully selected equipment to highly trained staff and arena design, safety is always at the forefront.
Our automatic belay devices keep you secure, taking in slack as you climb and lowering you gently to the ground. With a weight range of 15kg to 150kg, they ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Our innovative clipping system ensures climbers are always securely attached throughout the climb. Every session starts with a full safety briefing, and our climbing experts are always nearby to assist anyone feeling uncertain.
Remember, the golden rule is: CLIP IN BEFORE CLIMBING.
