1. Tell Us About Your Team Tell our Events Team what you have in mind — your occasion, group size, goals and budget. We'll take the time to understand what you're looking for and start building an event around you.
2. We Build Your Event We'll take care of the details. Alongside your Rock Up experience, we can work with external suppliers to bring your event to life. Planning a Family Fun Day with a face painter? A team event with a Prosecco bar? Tell us what you have in mind and we'll see what we can make happen.
3. Relax & Enjoy When the day arrives, we'll have everything ready for you. Our trained instructors will take care of your climbing experience, while our Events Team ensures the rest of your event is set up and ready to go. All that's left for you to do is Rock Up and enjoy it.

Do we need any climbing experience?
Not at all! Rock Up is designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced climbers.
Our team will provide everything you need to get started and support your group throughout the experience.
Is Rock Up suitable for people who don't want to climb?
Absolutely. We know not everyone will want to take part in every activity.
We can help build your event around your team, with space to socialise, food and refreshments, meetings and additional activities depending on your chosen package and location.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our group experiences are available for groups of 10 or more.
From smaller team socials to large company events, we'll work with you to create an experience that suits your group.
Capacity varies between Rock Up locations, and larger events can be organised using activity rotations, exclusive hire and additional event spaces.
Can we hire Rock Up exclusively?
Exclusive hire may be available depending on your chosen location, group size, date and event requirements.

Can you organise Corporate Family Fun Days?
Yes! Our Corporate Family Fun Days are designed to bring colleagues and their families together for something a little different.
Alongside climbing, we can help create a bespoke event incorporating food, family activities and additional entertainment options.
Is this activity suitable for any age?
Yes. Rock Up climbing is suitable from age 4+, making it a great choice whether you're planning a Family Fun Day, team social or a competitive team-building event.
With challenges suitable for a range of ages and abilities, everyone can get involved at their own level.
Some individual activities and challenges may have additional age or height requirements.
Can you provide additional entertainment for a larger events?
Yes. Depending on your location and event requirements, we can explore additional activities and entertainment to complement your Rock Up experience.

Do you offer team-building activities?
Yes. We can incorporate climbing challenges and team activities designed to encourage communication, collaboration and a little friendly competition.
We can tailor the experience depending on whether you're looking for structured team building or simply a brilliant team day out.
Is there space to have a team meeting within the centre?
Yes. Selected Rock Up locations offer private meeting and event spaces, making it easy to combine business with something a little more memorable.
With free Wi-Fi, private rooms and catering options available, we can help you plan the day around your team.

Is food available?
Yes. Catering and refreshment options are available, from drinks and lighter options through to food packages.
We can also discuss additional catering options depending on your event and chosen location.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when organising your event and we'll discuss the available options with you.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. You'll need suitable closed-toe footwear for climbing, and long hair should be tied back. We'll provide the specialist climbing equipment you need.
Is all climbing equipment provided?
Yes. There's no need to bring specialist equipment with you – we'll provide the equipment required for your climbing experience.
Is Rock Up suitable for different fitness levels?
Yes. Our climbing arenas contain a variety of challenges, allowing people to take part at a level they're comfortable with. You don't need to be particularly fit or sporty to get involved.
Is our event supervised?
Yes. Our trained Rock Up team will provide your safety briefing and supervise and support your climbing experience.
Do you offer events outside normal opening hours?
Depending on your location, group size and event requirements, we may be able to offer bespoke timings. Speak to our Corporate Events Team and we'll explore what's possible.
Can you tailor an event to our budget?
Yes. Our corporate events can be tailored around your group size, objectives and requirements. Let us know your approximate budget and we'll help build the most suitable package.
Do you provide risk assessments and insurance documentation?
Yes. Up-to-date Risk Assessments and Public Liability Insurance documentation can be provided on request.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for larger groups, exclusive events and popular periods such as Christmas. If you already have a preferred date, get in touch and we'll check availability for you.
How do we book?
Simply send us your event requirements – including your preferred location, date, approximate group size and the type of event you're planning – and our Corporate Events Team will help you take it from there.
